We’re a small team building a concierge product. This page describes exactly what we do with the small amount of data we collect — without lawyer-speak.

    What we collect

    If you join the waitlist: your name, email, and the region you provided. If you become a pilot builder (v0 concierge): line items, prices, branch, account manager, and supplier names from invoices and quotes you forward to us. We never collect bank details, passwords, or anything we don't need to give you a benchmark.

    Why

    Waitlist data is used to contact you about pilot access. Invoice data is used to compute regional pricing benchmarks for you and to anonymise into a cohort that helps benchmark other builders in your area. We do not sell or share data to third parties. We do not show your data to other builders.

    Where it's stored

    Waitlist signups currently flow through Vercel function logs and (when configured) a transactional email service (Resend). Pilot data lives on engineer-controlled machines during v0 and will move to a managed UK/EU database before v1.

    How long we keep it

    Waitlist data: until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the last contact with you, whichever is sooner. Pilot data: as long as you're an active user, plus 12 months after you leave for accounting. Both deletable on request.

    Your rights (UK GDPR)

    You can: request a copy of everything we hold on you (export by email within 30 days), correct anything wrong, delete everything, or object to specific processing. To exercise any right, email hello@getconstructionintel.com — no friction, no forms.

    Cookies & analytics

    We use Vercel Analytics, which is GDPR-compliant and uses no third-party cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking. You'll see no consent banner because there's nothing to consent to.
